Option 1: Private Events (Home, Villa, Yacht, or Private Space)

✅ No Additional Licensing Fees – If your event is held in a private space (villa, private residence, or yacht), no entertainment permit is required.
✅ Packages Include Full Performance Setup – Our event packages already cover performances in these venues.
✅ Optional Sound & Lighting Setup – Available upon request at an extra charge.

Option 2: Events in Hotels, Restaurants, or Public Venues

If your event takes place in a hotel, restaurant, club, or any licensed venue, UAE law requires specific permits for live entertainment and events. These additional costs are payable by the customer and are not included in our entertainment packages.

🎟 Mandatory Fees for Events in Public Venues:
📌 Entertainment Permit – Issued by the Dubai Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing (DTCM) for live music, DJ, and dance performances. Fees vary by venue but typically range from AED 500 – 2,500 per event.
📌 Event License & Approval – Required for ticketed or large-scale events, conferences, or gala nights. Fees range from AED 1,500 – 5,000, depending on the event type and venue.
📌 Venue Service Charges & Fees – Some hotels and restaurants charge an event management fee, typically 10-15% of total entertainment costs or a fixed fee of AED 2,000 – 5,000.
📌 Additional Government VAT (5%) – May apply on entertainment and event permits.

Who Pays for These Fees?

➡ Customers are responsible for covering all additional licensing and venue-related charges.
➡ We can assist with guidance on obtaining permits but do not handle applications directly.
➡ If you prefer an easier option, consider hosting the event in a private space (villa, yacht, or home), where no extra fees apply.
